Consultative Forum on FDI and Supply Chain Development in ASEAN

MSIA is pleased to have been virtually represented at the Consultative Forum on FDI and Supply Chain Development in ASEAN, held in Bangkok on March 27–28, 2025.

Our Executive Director, Andrew Chan, joined the panel remotely and highlighted the importance of regional cooperation, stating that “cross-border collaboration is key to Southeast Asia’s next leap in semiconductor.” He also emphasized that initiatives fostering investment, knowledge exchange, and supply chain partnerships are not only valuable—but vital—for Malaysia’s continued growth in the global semiconductor ecosystem.
