Exclusive MSIA–Intel Roundtable | Navigating Global Complexities in a New Geoeconomic Reality

MSIA had the privilege of convening an exclusive, closed-door roundtable with Intel Corporation at Intel Malaysia, last January, bringing together 14 MSIA member companies represented at C-suite level, alongside the MSIA President, SH Wong and Executive Director, Andrew Chan Yik Hong

The session provided a timely and candid platform to discuss how global geoeconomic shifts, regulatory dynamics, and geopolitical considerations are reshaping the semiconductor landscape, and what this means for industry leaders navigating an increasingly complex operating environment.

We were honoured to be joined by Ms. April Miller Boise, Chief Legal Officer of Intel, who shared valuable perspectives on global risk management, governance, and strategic decision-making in today’s interconnected world.

This roundtable underscored the importance of trusted dialogue between global industry leaders and Malaysia’s semiconductor ecosystem, reinforcing MSIA’s role as a convenor for meaningful, high-level industry engagement.
