Malaysia’s semiconductor and E&E industry is expanding rapidly, driven by growing global demand and investments. To sustain this growth, a strategic and structured talent pipeline is essential.

MSIA, in collaboration with Penang STEM 4.0, is pleased to invite you to the Virtual Presentation of Project Talent Catalyst Penang , an industry-aligned initiative designed to strengthen the pathway from school to industry.

This session will outline how members can contribute to and benefit from a comprehensive and sustainable talent ecosystem, featuring:

- Technical Skill Learning (TSL) – Pre-ADI foundational exposure in schools
- Akademi Dalam Industri (ADI) – Structured work-study pathway through industry and TVET institutions (JPK)
