Matthew Tan Hooi Sin is Chief Executive Officer of SilTerra Malaysia and a semiconductor industry leader with 30 years of international experience across Malaysia, China, Singapore and the United States. He has held leadership roles spanning technology development, engineering, quality, customer engagement, sales and business development. Matthew initiated SilTerra’s Silicon Photonics programme in 2014 and has played a key role in advancing the company’s transformation into a More-than-Moore foundry with capabilities in Silicon Photonics, Life Sciences and MEMS. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
