Kong Siew Mui is a Doctor of Business Administration of Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Her research interests include, Business Excellence, Strategic management and Lean Six Sigma.

She has more than 30 years of working experience with site, region and global responsibilities in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing services industry. Her last position held: Led Lean and Six Sigma transformation for continuous business process improvements at Flex as Vice President of Global Business Excellence

She has previously attended Stanford Leadership Programme while working as Vice President of Global Business Excellence in a Fortune 500 company.
