As a seasoned professional with more than 18 years of HR experience, Sandy has led many HR change management and transformations such as introduced game changer solutions to Global Talent Acquisition, championed brand growth, maximizing operational excellence, talent management etc. Under her leadership, Keysight Malaysia has won a total of 16 Asia and National level Award in various HR categories in 2021 itself.
