Having dedicated more than 16 years within TF-AMD, he has progressed from technical expertise to senior leadership roles—a testament to his depth of knowledge, consistency, and leadership impact. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in strengthening assembly and test engineering capabilities, while championing efficiency, innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Today, he continues to lead with a forward-looking vision, shaping high performance operations while spearheading AI and automation initiatives that support the evolving demands of the global semiconductor landscape.
