Toh has over 20 years of experience in trade promotion for Malaysia’s Electrical & Electronics (E&E) industry. As Director at the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation, she leads initiatives to drive exports, expand market access and enhance global positioning. Her career spans senior roles focused on sector development, international partnerships and export facilitation across Europe and the Americas. She brings strong insights into global E&E markets, supply chains and trade dynamics, complemented by an early career in banking. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Finance) from University Putra Malaysia.
